מדיניות משלוחים לשירות תיקונים
זמני משלוח:
שירות התיקונים כולל משלוח כפול – איסוף המוצר מהלקוח אל המעבדה ומשלוח חוזר מהמעבדה ללקוח לאחר סיום הטיפול.
המשלוח עשוי להימשך עד 14 ימי עסקים, בהתאם לעומסים ולפעילות חברת השליחויות. הזמנים המצוינים הינם משוערים בלבד, ואינם מהווים התחייבות למועד אספקה מדויק. זמני הטיפול אינם כוללים שישי, שבתות וחגים.
אנו עושים את מירב המאמצים לעמוד בלוחות הזמנים, אך ייתכנו עיכובים הנובעים מגורמים לוגיסטיים חיצוניים שאינם בשליטתנו.
עיכוב בלוחות הזמנים אינו מהווה עילה לפיצוי או זיכוי, למעט לפי שיקול דעת החברה.
אריזה ואחריות למשלוח

יש לארוז את המכשיר בתוך קרטון נקי, סגור ובמצב תקין.

יש לוודא כי אין מים במיכלים וכי המוצר יבש לחלוטין לפני השילוח.

נזק שייגרם עקב אריזה לקויה, רטיבות, או מיכלים שלא רוקנו – יהיה באחריות הלקוח בלבד.

החברה אינה אחראית לנזקים שנגרמו במהלך השילוח כתוצאה מאריזה לא תקינה.
המחירים כוללים מע"מ ומתייחסים לרכישה באתר בלבד; החברה רשאית לשנות מחירים ולהפסיק מבצעים בכל עת וללא הודעה מראש. מבצעים והטבות אינם כוללים כפל הנחות, אלא אם צוין אחרת במפורש. אספקת המוצר והמחיר הסופי כפופים לאישור ההזמנה במערכות החברה ולתנאי תקנון האתר המלא.
